In the wake of the massive Wyld Whirl, countless hundreds of dragons and mini-dragons hatched and emerged from the Central Split which acted as a home and nesting ground for the resident Wyld dragons. Soon, the dragons divided themselves among eight regions of Mythicalae and it was soon decreed that something be done about their presence.
The idea of forming hunting parties that would either eradicate or subdue the threat was finally hatched by Drakiera herself and soon, she organized her own units into part-time hunting party expeditions. Each party was assigned to a specific region and was responsible for recruiting willing native and off-world individuals to capture and/or tame the Wyld.

The rules to join a Hunting Party are as follows and may change at any given time:
1. There must be a webpage and story ready for any persona joining a hunting party. For sponsorships, a webpage is not required to sponsor, but is required after the hunting party returns. Make sure the page is PG-13 (more or less) and is free from any "adult" themes. **Stats are acceptable in lieu of a story ... essentially, I'm just looking for a webpage for these dragons to be placed on**
2. Make sure there is a link-back to Shivran Aerd -or- to the Wyld Wastelands. The addresses are:

3. Personas that have already bonded with a dragon are free to join a hunting party. Be warned, however, that not all bonded riders/dragons will necessarily be successful in bonding with a Wyld. I'll take anyone and anything, providing he/she/it is sentient.
4. A persona may join any number of hunting parties at any given time and may join hunting parties, even if s/he does bond at one. Basically, the same persona can be used over and over again as much as you'd like. This does not, however, guarantee a bond each time.
5. Personas should fit the terrain of the hunting party they are joining and should be capable of fighting and/or using majyck. Off-world humans suffer from impaired majyck use and native Mythicalan humans have no majyckal abilities and rarely have psionics.
6. Sponsors will be allowed to sponsor up to two (2) dragons per area, per hunting party. Which means that although one is given unlimited opportunities, they can only get, at most, two (2) dragons from a hunting party. However, some people are exempt from this limitation and are allowed unlimited sponsorships from any and all hunting parties -- you know who you are.
7. Because there are roughly three different types of creature that have hatched, each will be handled differently: the Avengaean half-breeds do not bond and can only be either sponsored or requested specially as a "character" to be used as a future persona; multiple mini-dragons (flitters) may be bonded to one persona or dragon; multiple dragons may be bonded to one persona or dragon. No more than two of the three types may be requested in any application at any one time. **Individuals may now determine whether or not they have bonded to any dragons and/or mini-dragons acquired on their journey. All dragons and mini-dragons may be treated as characters if they do not bond.**
8. Each hunting party has a maximum capacity of ten (10) participants and/or sponsorships. As soon as a hunting party is filled, it will be closed and handled as soon as possible. Personas sent to a closed hunting party will be placed in another hunting party, based upon colour preference and ability. ** Note ** If applications are sent before a party is updated and is full, the applicants will be added to the current group, rather than sent to another group.
